You mean I do not have to purchase a new set of flash cards every time there is an FOM or FRM update?

That is correct, we go into the system and make the updates as soon as they come out. Once you sign up and become a member, visit the “Data for Members Only” page and you will see the current PDF file.

What if I lose my cards – can I get a new set?

Yes, all you have to do is access our site and print them out; or you can also send the cards to the local Kinko’s and they will print them out for you.

How may questions are contained in the materials?

We have over 500 questions, all focused on the details you need to know!

Are the questions and information up to date?

Yes; Each and every FOM and FRM update is entered into the system at the first opportunity.  Our goal is to keep you up to date with all the relevant information you need.

How long will it take to get my new flashcards?

We print the flashcards on demand to provide the latest updates. If you choose to have us print the materials, they should arrive within 7 days via UPS.   If, after ordering them, you do not have them in 7 days, it is very important to call or email us so we can track the shipping and appraise you of status.    If you are in hurry we can overnight them to you, for an additional charge.

How can I make payment?

We use PayPal for our secure payment method. If you do not have a PayPal  account it is a simple process to acquire one.

Can I pay with a Credit Card?

Yes, we us the Pay Pal system to guarantee your safety!

What smart phone app do you use?

We use a third party Smart Phone flashcard from a development company called gWhiz. You purchase the app from them and once you are a member you will get the data to upload into the application.  You can access the application through this link - http://www.gwhizmobile.com/Desktop/Downloads.php – available for Android, Blackberry and iPhone.

Did you build the flashcard app?

No the flashcard app is very well developed, in reviewing the software, we felt there was no need to reinvent a perfect application to study your flachards!  gWhiz has been very good to work with and responsive to questions.
